heesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

 Ingredients:

– 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese blend of your choice)
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through. Remove from the skillet, allow to cool slightly, then shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Prepare the Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and parsley (if using). Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle a layer of cheddar cheese on top. Add shredded chicken evenly over the cheese, then spoon the garlic sauce over the chicken. Top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
4. Grill the Wraps:
Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to form wraps. Place the wraps back into the skillet (or use a separate grill pan) and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
5. Serve:
Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. You can serve them with a side of dipping sauce like ranch or extra garlic sauce for added flavor.
Enjoy your cheesy, garlicky chicken wraps!
