Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart into small crumbles.
Add onion and garlic to the beef. Cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
Season the mixture with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Stir in ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create a savory sauce. Mix thoroughly with the beef mixture.
Warm the flour tortillas and layer them with cheddar cheese.
Spoon the beef mixture onto the tortillas and wrap tightly like a burrito.
Drizzle creamy cheese sauce generously over the wraps.
Serve immediately while warm and gooey.
