Ingredients:

1 ½ lbs ground beef
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Meat Mixture:
