Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 stick butter, melted
8 to 10 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tbsp hot sauce (more if desired)
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers. Brush the chicken with the garlic Parmesan mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
