Parmesan Chicken Over Orzo Delight

Ingredients:

1 cup orzo pasta
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh spinach (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook Orzo: In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add orzo. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Gradually add Parmesan, stirring until melted.
Combine: Add cooked orzo and spinach (if using) to the sauce. Mix well, then return the chicken to the skillet, coating with the creamy mixture.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy your delicious meal!
