1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
For Coating:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Cheese Balls:
Using your hands or a small scoop, form the cheese mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat the Cheese Balls:
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Roll each cheese ball in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
