Crockpot Apple Cider Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

– 3-4 lbs pork shoulder or butt
– 1 cup apple cider
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
– Buns for serving

Instructions:

1. Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, pepper, cloves, and nutmeg.
2. Place the pork in the crockpot and pour apple cider, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar over the top.
3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
4. Shred the pork and mix with the cooking liquid.
5. Serve on buns with coleslaw or other toppings of your choice.
