Crispy Tater Tot Cheeseburger Casserole 

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in condensed tomato soup and cook for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the cheese in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the tater tots and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
