Alfredo Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

Chicken Wings:

20-25 chicken wings
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/2 tsp Lawry’s garlic salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
Alfredo Sauce:

2 Tbsp butter
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Wings:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Clean the chicken wings in a mixture of salt, vinegar, and cold water. Rinse thoroughly and pat them dry.
Season the wings with Lawry’s seasoned salt, Lawry’s garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, and baking powder.
Arrange the wings on a cooling rack placed over a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes. Flip them again and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

While the wings are baking, prepare the Alfredo sauce. Place a pan over medium heat and add the butter.
Once the butter has melted, slowly whisk in the heavy whipping cream.
Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bring the mixture to a light boil while whisking continuously.
Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 3 minutes or until it slightly thickens.
Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until it is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Combine Wings with Sauce:

Once the wings are done baking, add them to the Alfredo sauce.
Toss the wings in the sauce until they are well-coated.
Plate the wings and serve hot.
