Creamy Smoked Gouda and Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded smoked Gouda, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
