– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Vegetable oil (for frying)

– For the Cool Ranch Dippin’ Sauce:
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Prepare the mushrooms: In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
