Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes 

Ingredients:

4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss chicken and potatoes in the mixture, coating them evenly.
Arrange chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is crispy and fully cooked, and potatoes are golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:

Add a squeeze of lemon for a fresh flavor boost.
