Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
6 slices Bacon, diced
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, cubed
1 can (16.3 oz) Biscuit Dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet, fry the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside on a paper towel to drain.
Prepare the Filling:
In the same skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until the beef is fully cooked and the garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat and drain any excess fat. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese cubes, and crispy bacon until well combined.
Fill the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece slightly and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it completely, forming a bomb shape.
Bake:
Place the filled dough bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each bomb with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
