Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
For the Creamy Garlic Shrimp:
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside, then melt butter in the same skillet to baste the steaks before resting.
2️⃣ In another pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Pour the heavy cream into the pan, add Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens. Return shrimp to the pan, coating them in the sauce.
4️⃣ Serve the steaks topped with creamy garlic shrimp and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes:
For a lighter option, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half.
Pair this dish with a fresh side salad or steamed veggies.
