Ingredients:
– 4 small onions
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– Cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Peel the onions and cut off the top, leaving the root end intact. Make cuts from the top down, creating petals, but do not cut all the way through.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
