Ingredients:
500g chicken breast tenders
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or oil for baking
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
In a third shallow dish, combine the grated cheddar cheese with the breadcrumbs.
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured chicken tenders into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are fully coated.
Finally, press the chicken tenders into the cheddar and breadcrumb mixture, coating them evenly.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
