Creamy Broccoli Tortellini Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

– 3 cups cheese tortellini, cooked
– 2 cups Alfredo sauce
– 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
– 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
– ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add steamed broccoli to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
5. In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
