2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
