Spicy Crispy Chicken Sliders with Tangy Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
12 slider buns
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sliced pickles
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

Cut the chicken breasts into 12 small pieces. Place them in a bowl with buttermilk and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
Toast slider buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of bang bang sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
Top with a piece of fried chicken, shredded lettuce, and a few pickle slices. Cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
