Ingredients:

4 bone-in pork chops
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Prepare the Pork Chops:
