Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh spinach
1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook sausage in a large pot until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Stir in tortellini, cook until tender.
Add spinach, cream, and seasoning; simmer until heated through.
