– 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough sheet or crescent rolls
– 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
– 4 slices cheddar cheese, each cut into 4 pieces
– 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/4 cup diced red onion
– 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
– Sesame seeds (optional, for sprinkling)
– Ketchup and mustard (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, season, and set aside to cool.
3. Unroll dough and cut into squares or triangles.
4. Place beef in the center of each piece of dough.
5. Top with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onion, and pickles.
6. Seal dough tightly around filling to form balls.
7. Arrange balls on baking sheet, seam-side down.
8. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
10. Let cool slightly before serving with ketchup and mustard.
