Slow Cooker French Onion Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 packet (1 oz) French onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Place the meatballs in the bottom of a slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the French onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatballs are fully cooked.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meatballs and cover until the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
