Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 slices of bacon
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each chicken breast with two slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
