Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
– 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
– 12 slices of bacon
– Toothpicks (for securing bacon)
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
– 1 teaspoon white vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
3. Divide beef into 12 portions, flatten into patties.
4. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each patty, fold beef around the cheese.
5. Wrap each beef ball with bacon, secure with a toothpick.
6. Grill or bake for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy and beef is cooked.
7. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika for dipping sauce.
8. Serve hot with the homemade thousand island dressing.
