Cheesy Tater Tot Meatloaf Casserole 

Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 10.5-ounce can condensed tomato soup
– 1 32-ounce bag frozen tater tots

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, add onion and garlic, then transfer to baking dish.
3. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle cheddar cheese over beef.
4. Pour tomato soup over cheese layer, spread evenly.
5. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top of soup.
6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
7. Remove from oven, let cool, and serve.
