Garlic-Parmesan Hasselback Potato Bites 

Ingredients:

12 baby potatoes
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make thin, evenly spaced cuts across each potato, being careful not to slice all the way through.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
Brush the garlic butter over each potato, making sure it gets into the cuts.
Sprinkle each potato with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
