Ingredients:
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine ground ham, pork, graham crackers, egg, milk, and pepper in a large bowl. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Arrange balls in a baking dish.
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar, water, and dry mustard. Bring to a boil, then pour over ham balls.
Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the sauce.
