Honey Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Lime slices (for garnish)
Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Directions:

In a bowl, mix together the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with lime slices and chopped cilantro before serving.
