Sticky Pineapple Brown Sugar Glazed Ham 

Ingredients:

2.5 lbs boneless, sliced ham (quarter ham)
1 (15 oz) can pineapple slices in juice, juice separated
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup champagne vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard (coarse ground)
1 tbsp unsulphered molasses
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp hickory liquid smoke
2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with ½ cup water for slurry)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray a large roasting pan with nonstick spray.
Pat ham dry and place in the pan. Nestle pineapple slices around the ham.
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, allspice, and liquid smoke. Boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
Pour half the glaze over the ham. Tent with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, increase oven to 425°F, coat ham with remaining glaze, and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
