Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
On a large baking sheet, spread out tortilla chips. Top with beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and drizzle with salsa. Top with sour cream, black olives, and fresh cilantro.
