Ingredients:

1 pound white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
8 small corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

Marinate Fish: Rub the fish fillets with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill Fish: Grill the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Warm Tortillas: Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side.
Assemble Tacos: Place pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
