Ingredients:

– 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 tsp thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pork chops in a skillet with olive oil until browned.
3. Add garlic, cream, broth, thyme, simmer.
4. Return pork chops, cover, simmer until cooked through.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Heat cream, milk, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper until simmering.
