STUFFED PEPPER CASSEROLE 

Ingredients

– 1 pound ground beef
– 2 bell peppers, chopped
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 (15 oz) can low sodium beef broth
– 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
– 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
– 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Cook ground beef in a skillet, add onions and bell peppers.
2. Add garlic, then add remaining ingredients except cheese, bring to a boil.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes, stir in half of the cheese.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese, melt, and serve.
