Ingredients:

1 lb chicken tenders
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Set up a breading station: place the flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a third bowl.
Dip each chicken tender in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken tenders.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
