Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 bag tortilla chips
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Sour cream, guacamole, and salsa for serving

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Chicken:

In a skillet over medium heat, mix the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and water. Cook until the water evaporates and the chicken is well coated with the seasoning.
Assemble Nachos:
