Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions:

Prepare the Marinade:

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, ground black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and plain yogurt. Mix well.
Marinate the Chicken:

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for more flavor.
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Assemble the Kebabs:

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, making sure to leave a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Bake the Kebabs:

Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred at the edges.
Serve:

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
