Homemade Hawaiian Hot Dog

Ingredients:

4 hot dogs
4 hot dog buns
1 cup pineapple slices, grilled
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Directions:

Grill the Pineapple: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the pineapple slices on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they have nice grill marks.
Cook the Hot Dogs: Grill the hot dogs until they’re heated through and have nice char marks, about 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the Buns: Toast the hot dog buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Assemble the Hot Dogs: Place the grilled hot dogs in the buns. Top with grilled pineapple slices, diced red onions, diced bell peppers, and shredded cheese if using.
Add the Finishing Touch: Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Add sliced jalapeños if you like a bit of heat.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical Hawaiian hot dogs!
