Ingredients:

• 1 pound kielbasa sausage
• 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• Pinch of salt
• Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Slice the kielbasa sausage into bite-sized pieces, but not all the way through. Keep the bottom intact so they stay together.
3. Mix barbecue sauce, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl.
4. Put the sliced kielbasa in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Brush the barbecue sauce mixture over the kielbasa, ensuring it gets between the slices.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the kielbasa is cooked through and has caramelized edges.
7. Let it cool for a bit after taking it out of the oven.
8. If you like, sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
9. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
