Ingredients:

2 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups mixed vegetables
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
salt
pepper.

Directions:

In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook minced garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken breasts, cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from skillet and slice.
In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Add teriyaki sauce, chicken broth, and sesame oil.
Bring to a simmer.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the skillet.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
