Ingredients
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1 ½ cup of sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup of grated coconut
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mold.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one by one.
3. Mix the dry ingredients and add them alternating with the buttermilk. Add the vanilla.
4. Add the coconut, walnuts and half of the chocolate chips. Pour into the mold.
5. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let it cool.
6. Heat the cream, add the rest of the chocolate chips and mix until melted. Pour over cooled cake.
