Ingredients:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 baguette, sliced into rounds
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
While the steak is cooking, toast the baguette rounds until golden brown.
Once the steak bites are done, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
To serve, spread a small amount of horseradish cream on each toasted baguette round. Top with a steak bite and garnish with chopped parsley.
