Ingredients:
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 8 oz cream cheese
– 1 package ranch dressing mix (powder)
– 4 oz can chopped olives
– 4 oz can diced Ortega chilies
– 4 green onions, finely chopped
– 4 oz can diced jalapeno peppers
– 8 large flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas.
3. Roll tightly, avoiding air pockets.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
5. Cut into half-inch slices and serve.
