Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Mix well and set aside.
Prepare the Filling:

In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently to combine.
Prepare the Biscuit Dough:

Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle.
Fill the Biscuits:

Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit dough circle. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Bake the Burger Bombs:

Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each one with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.”
